Radical Comics

This week we add Radical Comics to the  publishers list.

In 2008 Radical ,founded in part by Barry Levine, published their first two titles, Hercules and Caliber for $1. Radical took Hercules from campy tv show to dark and bloody soon to be a major motion picture. Caliber is a mash-up of the Arthurian legend with a wild wild west theme, also soon to be a major motion picture. I guess what you can gather from this is, these guys are good. Since then they have published Steve Niles’ City of Dust and Nick Simmons’ Incarnate.

Radical has a number of movie projects in the works based on their comic titles. Freedom Formula due out in 2010 and Caliber, Abattoir, Shrapnel, and The Last Days of American Crime with a due date of 2012.
